I wonder if anyone can help us or point us in the right direction. Our company does Recruitment, but also has a number of temps on our books. We now find ourselves with a driver temp. Can anyone please help and point us in the right direction regarding the regulation of who is liable should he have an accident. He will be driving the company that he works for vehicle that would have their own insurance. Are we liable should he have an accident and someone is injured or damage to other vehicle, because he is "paid" by us ? Or will the company's insurance and the company be responsible for the excexx etc etc.
