I just have a quick question regarding Doc. No.

Alright, when you are filling in a journal for instance and the Doc. No. is required, Some have the number with its entry and other don't have a number, Next to those without a number CRR gets written..

Now there are three definitions for it..I could only find 3 which are for accounting:
CRR-
Cash Reserve Ratio

CRR-
Credit Relative Ranking

CRR-
Credit Risk Rating

I'm not sure which one is next to the Document now..Since there are three possibilities, All three sound off though..Like though don't belong next to a document in place of its number?

Correct me please?
