Something which is happening more frequently and to more people.

What happens to to the money which is double debited, lets say R500 is doubled debited when you fill up with petrol, i noticed the other day that it takes as long as 3 days to reverse, If this is happening to lets say 50 people a small figue, but at 500, thats "25 000 per day", where does it go and who benefits or looses from this transaction. We all know you get nothing for nothing and ever transaction is billed to your account. So looking at the big picture, there is an amount debited from your account and generally there would be a fee attached.

So the question for the people in the know, is it just a figue which is displayed on your statement or is someone paying or earning interest.
