Hi, we had an employee with us for a period of 10 months. He came to the company in order to gain some work experience (mutual agreement), and we also agreed that if he found another job where he could get training and advance in his career that we would let him go immediately. I'm happy to say he did, and is now working for a company where he can work his way up. My question is... what do I need to do by law to take him off our books? Is there a checklist available so that I'm sure I've removed him from UIF etc?
