    How to be Successful Small PTY Business in the Current Economy???

    Although the general state of the economy is at a fragile and unpredictable stage it is not all bad news. As a small business now would be the time to start a business and the perfect time for registering a PTY. There are many advantages of a down turn economy for a small business and many way in which you can ensure your small business will make it and in the end be successful.

    Loyalty is no longer a priority for customers, customers are looking for the option that is most beneficial to them.     Demand drops when the economic conditions are unfavourable, however entrepreneurs can take advantage of suppliers wanting to dispose of excess capacity. A small business will have more buying power with suppliers, allowing you to start a business at the lowest possible cost.

    Good leadership will allow you to start a business and ensure your small business is capable of capitalise during the tough times. Here are some tips:
    Listening to those around you who may have some great ideas
    Give credit to people for their ideas
    Ensure you communicate effectively and people are always updated
    Ensure your main focus is your clients, shareholders and employees
    Take responsibility if you make a mistake
    Get everyone on board with the big picture
    Re-evaluate your small business as objectively as possible

    Using these seven tips effectively will ensure you lead your small business to success and using them to start a business will allow your to grow into a successful small business. There is no better time for registering a PTY than now.

    GrowABusiness has 3 packages for Registering a PTY:
    Standard R449 -Time frame: Ten days from when we have recieved documents
    Priority R699 - Time frame: Five days from when we have recieved documents
    Express R999- Time frame: Three days from when we have recieved documents
