Hi Aletta - thanks for sharing your experience. Has anyone else had this kind of experience with Explorer 9?

I'm using IE 9 without a hitch. Which toolbar are you having trouble with?
The trouble with opportunity is it normally comes dressed up as work.

Dave - Am I correct in saying that IE9 is only for those who are running Windows 7. Not for Vista or XP at all.

Nope - I upgrade regularly and my IE9 tool bar is fine. Aletta - I suggest you download the official version from the MS site here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/southafrica/ie9/

You do not quote your version of Windows you use, which if Win7 then you should not have any problems. Is your Windows up to date as installing latest app upgrades will clash with outdated OS's

I gave the release candidate IE9a run a good while back, it won't run on XP, it was shakey as hell on Vista even though it should run on it officially. It ran okay on Win7 but it wasn't for me.
