    CIPC removing a Auditor

    Hi,

I need some help with CIPC, and the call center is useless at the moment. We want to remove the auditor for a few companies and replace them with our firm, these were companies that had to be audited in the past but only require a independent review under the new act. We did a amendment to the MOI already and it was accepted by CIPC.

My question is how should I complete the COR44 form? We are not auditors and they don't accept public officers for companies?

    Many thanks..

I'd suggest ask the folks who are going to be doing your independant review to do it for you.
