i just need to find out if there are alternate ways of contacting the CPA call centre to query a complaint?
reason i ask is that i have been hanging on the phone for between 20-30 minutes and still my calls were not taken and had to be dropped, i even emailed and no responce. i have a person's email address that i sent my complaint documents to and other documents that were required and for the past week now i havent had any responce to emails sent to the address asking for feedback.
is there like a physical address that i could go there and get some light of the status of complaint? also is there a durban branch or so??? as the call centre number is a 012 ...
