I have an assignment that I am doing and one of the questions is.
A weekly paid employee who workds only three days per week (wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays) terminates employment after working for a period of almost eight months without having taken any vacation leave. Which would product the most reliable calculation of leave to be paid out wih his termination pay in terms of the BCEA?
Please can you tell me how I would calculate this?
