    Scam alert: Norton Finance

    Watch out for the following possible scam:





    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My name is Helen Dube. We offering loan on 3.5% interest rate and with no credit check, we offer
    Personal loans, debt consolidation loans, venture capital, Business
    Loans, Education loans, Home loans or loans for any reason, and many more. Contact us today
    on helendube19@gmail.com or call us on +27781129964 for more information and application, with
    following details below.

    2. Full Contact Address: ..............
    3. Country of Residence: ...............
    4. Telephone/Mobile: ....................
    5. Age and Sex: .............................
    6. Occupation: ...............................
    7. Annual Income: .........................

    Why I suspect it as a scam:

    1. There's no registered company called Norton Finance
    2. There are a few other complains on the internet, with the same content, but the email account and sometimes the phone number as well, changes every time.
    3. Why, if it's a company, don't they use a company email address?
    4. No company address
    5. No company registration details. AFAIK, any credit loan provider should advertise this.
    6. No unsubscribe links
    7. very unprofessional email. Why was the content in a Word document, which could generally not be scanned by anti-spam solutions?
