Consumer act vs special from Game

Hi all I did not know where to post this but if its in the wrong area please can an admin move it.

Game has a special on (http://www.game.co.za/RapidCat/game/...ges/page-5.jpg) when signing up to a 12moth contract you get R1500 of any wifi enabled console. I'n the description it says any wifi enabled console, It does not say xbox or ps3 but next to the pictures of the ps3 and xbox it has the mweb offer. My issue is I want the 3DS and it is wifi enabled. Am I in the right to demand the 3DS?

You could always ask them and see what they say, don't you think that would be a good place to start. I would also suggest that you drop the word DEMAND from your vocabulary. How about usings words such as ASK or NEGOTIATE.

Ask them first and see what they say, you might get lucky.

They should be more cautious in the way they word their ad. I say you have every right to demand as per their offer.

Having tried to walk the same avenue once before i was dumb found by the genius that is marketing. The 3ds is marketed as a HANDHELD console, and because they (Game) omitted this they will not give u what you want.
