    Yep - I got a 403 Forbidden error

The website declined to show this webpage

    HTTP 403

    Most likely causes:
•This website requires you to log in.
Not intended for public consumption, I guess
The trouble with opportunity is it normally comes dressed up as work.

    Lets try this -
    http://www.thenct.org.za/Consent-Orders
    http://www.thenct.org.za/Objection-to-compliance-notice

Particularly interesting is the MTN decision - the corporate veil was pierced with vigor.
The JHB city council gives some good guidance on the procedure and path a complaint should follow.

    Aha - it's www.thenct.org.za.

    I'll fix that first link.
