The Visa Card From South Africa Is Always Been Strict-Controlled and Strict-checkin

As you know, I am from a e-business company and we are always puzzled by the payment methods.

To most of this kind business, paypal is really safe but the cash return so slow. We we have to wait the peroid-paid currency. Of course, western union, bank transfer are good, but these are always not been accepted by the customers.

So most of the time,Visa Card is the best time for online-shopping-business. But most of the time, our finance team is always paid more attention on the Visa Card from South Affrica. We have met so many cards are not from the owner itself but by other people.

Why the Visa Card from SA always be strict-controlled?

I'm not quite sure if this is what you're referring to, but our banks don't like losing money in bad credit card transactions, so quite a few have introduced special verification measures for online transactions.
The trouble with opportunity is it normally comes dressed up as work.
