1.On the Income Differential Statement: Should we include the employees who are employed on the last reporting day, or the employees who have been employed at any stage during the reporting period?
2.On the Termination report: If I have a ruling letter that an employee has been constructively dismissed, as which termination reason should I report it?
3.Should Company Contributions to statutory funds be included as remuneration in the Income Differential Statement?
Is there any "legilslative backing" for these issues?
