This will definitely deter the setting up commissions to investigate previously set up commissions who have not performed.
Majola and company should pay for their own defense, and if they win the case, then and only then reimburse the legal costs, not the other way round. He definitely has more than enough bonus money to cover the legal cost. This will make him think twice before embarking on the legal road when he clearly knows that he is guilty.
