I posted a while ago about my domestic worker that was supposed to return to work on 18 February, but demanded more time off.
We had a meeting 2 weekends ago and I undertook to grant her 10 days additional unpaid leave to sort out her stuff and she also undertook (signed a letter) to inform me of her intent to return to work/not return in writing by COB Friday 2 March. This never happened. I've sent her an SMS to enquire what she was going to do and she replied that I must understand that she cannot come to work. I informed her that she must come to work or send her resignation but she's been quiet ever since.

It seems as we'll have to go on the abscondment route. Please tell me how this will be done?
