    The thought that always runs through my mind when I read stories like that is how it never really gets to grips with the wasted potential, that is still there just waiting to be developed. It just needs some quality leadership.

    The story does kinda reinforce my general point when it comes to the ANC though. It's become not much more than a pretty hollow brand name - lots of gloss with very little substance underneath.
