Cool ANC must rule for eternity: Motshekga

    http://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/Po...hekga-20111220

Ok, so this is what the guy had to say:

Polokwane - The ANC has a responsibility to rule Limpopo and the whole country "until Jesus pays another visit", ANC chief whip Mathole Motshekga said on Tuesday.

"The ANC is the greatest think tank not only on the continent, but also in the world," he said.

Now, of course, politicians say a lot of stupid things and we are quite used to it. But must take my hat off to Bob who made the following comment further down:

The greatest think tank in the world?, he has got to be having a laugh, how can he say that and keep a straight face, we better hope Jesus pays us a visit this Christmas then we can get the DA in to power and start the process of cleaning this mess up.

I think the real world shouldn't take the rah rah hype at a 4 day indoctrination session like that too seriously.

It may be true but it is to show that these people actually express it and they are living in their own dream world....

Somebody may just start believing it - we don't want to shatter their dream do we?

The Nazis also thought they could rule for a 1000 years and Ghadaffi and Kabila and Bob and...... the list is never ending.

I agree to a prayer for Jesus to make an appearance this Christmas so we can get rid of this nincompoop government.

I do tend to take talk of nationalisation & farm take-overs very seriously. So seriously, in fact, that I expect the latter event to precipitate a civil war.

Nationalisation will just seal SA's grave as far as international investment is concerned. The ANC has run out of ideas & has no clue on how to build a prosperous nation.

This is the way of so-called struggle politics.
