Thumbs up Home Affairs - Great service!

I feel that I need to comment on the good service I got from our Home Affairs office.I applied two weeks ago for my new passport, the staff there were super helpful to me and I got an sms yesterday to say that I need to collect my passport.I was prepared for a long wait but no.

Well done Dept of Home Affairs!

Had a similar good experience just up the road at Prospecton ( Toti ) when I renewed our sons' passport. Although I wasn't too keen taking him in for the photo, as he has a habit of wanting to touch everything in sight.

That's certainly good news. Normally they're in the news for all the wrong reasons.

    Maybe they're turning things around.

Couldn't agree more, I went to get 4 unabriged birth certificates, was told it would take 8 weeks, all arrived within 2 weeks!! well done.

    Hi Samantha
You list your location as Alabama and you have dealings with South African Home Affairs department how is this possible?

Only stress when you can change the outcome!
