    SA Work Visa

    Hi All,

Anyone know what the procedure is to obtain a SA work visa? This would be for business purposes, we may need to bring in outside consultants to do some project work for clients of ours. We in SA do not really have the expertise in this field, it revolves around SAP...
    Thanks

It used to be that a work visa had to be applied for in the person's country of origin but you could send a letter of motivation or sponsorship as the business they would be working for which would accompany their application.

I haven't had any recent dealings in this department for about 12 years so things may well have changed. There used to be specialist immigration/emmigration companies that would assist with this type of thing and I could imagine a good one would be worth its weight in gold...but at what cost, I do not know.
